Don's Bio

I began my career with Automotive Dealerships in 1972 and have witnessed many changes over the past 30+ years. During my tenure, the difficulties in maintaining profit margins in a competitive wholesale market forced me to look for opportunities to replace declining parts sales and warranty revenues. I looked for areas to replace the revenue, and Accessory Sales came to the top - the customers are already in our stores.
